Installing GypCeilings Systems

Course Description

This 2-day course is a great introduction to installing ceiling systems. It’s a good next step for new dryliners or beginners to develop further competency and practical skills as an industry professional. The course teaches attendees how to install GypCeiling MF and GypCeiling Grid systems. including methods of suspension. It’s suitable for anyone who’s already completed one or both of our metal stud courses. The majority of the learning centres on practical skills but all attendees will have an in-person induction using video and verbal explanation. There’s also a recap at the end of the course to check learning and ask any questions. On completing the course participants will understand the differences and methods of suspension for each ceiling system and be confident in interpreting drawing plans. There’s also a great emphasis on safety, organisation and methodical working throughout. Following this course, delivered by industry experts, attendees could go on to the Introduction or Advanced Metal Stud courses or our Commercial Wall-linings course.
