Course Description

This 2-day course is a great opportunity to develop practical knowledge and experience. It aims to upskill those with little or no experience of metal stud partitions to become competent installers working to the highest standards of safety and quality. The course teaches participants how to install the GypWall Single Frame system and makes a great introduction for beginners to single frame partitions. Delivered in a mix of informal Q&A, video how-to’s and practical activities, learning is mostly hands-on, giving participants the chance to develop their skills first-hand. On completion, attendees will be able to demonstrate their knowledge in all areas of installation and show safe and healthy working practices. They will also be able to measure, cut and interpret drawings and manufacturer information with confidence. Led by knowledgeable industry professionals, this course is a great stepping stone to the Advanced Metal Stud, Commercial Wall-linings or GypCeilings courses.
